Hi there! We’re the Manthei Family — This photo shows most of us that are currently working in the RV & manufactured home park business.

Tim Manthei (not in this photo) came out to the desert and built his first RV & manufactured home park in 1971.

40 years later, Tim retired and passed the torch to his kids, nieces and nephews.

We’re passionate about creating community and helping people build memories RVing together.
