About the park

Sky Valley has about 1,200 sites for both pre-built houses and RV sites.

There are 13 mineral pools & spas using hot water pumped up from wells on site.

With amenities like pickleball courts, tennis courts, walking trails, a large fire pit area and mineral pools, this is a destination winter getaway for many.

What will your weekend getaway be like?

While you're here, you'll have access to the natural hot mineral pools and spas, pumped directly from the ground into the pool system.

If you like sports, try your hand at pickleball, or take a hike in nearby foothills for beautiful views of the valley.

Your vacation home will be about 400 square feet and will be fully stocked with towels, linens and dishes. Bring your own toiletries, and plan to bring food from home or pick up something at the store.

About us

The Manthei family’s start in the manufactured home business began with Tim Manthei in 1970. Fresh out of college, Tim ventured out into the California desert near Palm Springs and began building his first spaces.

The family now owns and operates four RV and manufactured home resorts in the southwest. Tim has retired, but eight of his children, nieces and nephews continue to work in the businesses (pictured in the photo).
